Weight Loss Day 1

There is really no need to rush into things as we have lots of time. Day one is all about setting our goals. What is it that you want to accomplish? Do you know how much weight you want to loose? Are you loosing the weight to feel better or because of some event in the future?

These are all important questions because as Stephen Covey says “Always start with the end in Mind”. If you you don’t know where you are going then there is no point in starting.

Figure out how much weight you want to loose, by when you want to loose it and place it some where like a bathroom mirror where you can see it everyday and remind yourself why you are doing this.
