So you have probably tried very hard to lose the weight you gained from last Christmas, but now you see that summer is gone and another Christmas is fast approaching, and yet you are unable to get the extra load off your body! Let me mention in brief all the weight loss methods that you might have already tried unsuccessfully. Maybe you have popped those diet pills in the hope that your weight would melt away magically. Probably you have also followed several of the popular fad diet programs which claim to have helped even the celebrities lose weight fast!

If you have been on any of these fad diets you should be well aware of their unreasonable food restrictions. There are diets which make you eat only a piece of carrot or lemon during the whole day; heck, even a mouse probably eats more than that!

You have also probably gone out of your way to workout as much as possible; perhaps you have spent several frustrating and rigorous hours in your local gym, purchased several expensive videos and gadgets, etc., but are still unable to lose weight!

2. Focus on intense workouts: With intense workouts you can burn a lot of fat within a very short time, unlike moderate cardios. To give you an idea, by doing just 15-minutes of intense workout, you would burn as much fat as you would with an hour of moderate cardio.

But there is another reason why I ask you to focus on intense workouts – with intense workouts such as strength training and weight lifting, you not only burn fat at the time of exercising, but even after it! This is not something which is possible with cardios!
